AiC 8 (Automated Injector Characterization)

With Dynocom’s all new patented AiC8, you are able to flow & test up to 8 high impedance or low impedance
injectors sequentially (i.e. 1 through 8). With the dual fuel pump option you have the option to flow & test
up to 8x Low Impedance Large Atomizer type Injectors (Up to 8A/2A Peak &Hold) sequentially (i.e. 1 thru 8).
All of this functions seamlessly with Quantum’s state of the art QUAIC software via an Ethernet connection.

AIC-8 SYSTEMS AND OPTIONS:

  • Built-in 200MHz 32Bit MCU w/32 bit interrupt trigger counter for precise flow meter measurement & 12bit A/D
  • Built in User Configured Injector Driver – High Impedance or Low Impedance Pulse/Hold (up to 8A/2A w/adjustable pulse and hold times)
  • Built in Digital PD Flow Meter (5cc/min -12000 cc/ min range, +-0.5% accuracy )

  • Built in 8x 950cc Calibration Cylinders that can be closed for visual flow testing or open for automatic flow testing using built in flow meters
