    DC-AIC ( Automated Injector Characterization ) The AiC24 has the ability to run up to 24 injectors and includes 4 Laboratory Grade Sensors by Max Machinery (± 0.2% accuracy) or 4 Laboratory Grade Sensors by OGS (± 0.4% accuracy) includes duel fuel pumps w/Heat Exchanger Automatic Voltage and Pressure adjustments ( 8V to 20V and 3 bar to 7 bar ) for characterization data and automatic Injector Electrical Testing. Ability to interface with multiple Automated Injector Cleaning w/Sonic Cleaners. The AiC supports OEM Bosch, Siemens, etc. as well as large Atomizer type top fed injectors and can statically flow. You can dynamically flow and clean 4x to 3000 cc simultaneously. Also supports Plug in Modules for different OEM Injector Drivers ( GM, Chrysler, Ford, Fueltech, and Holley currently available ). Support to work with Motec M150 external ECUs Injector Driver is in development. Data output per SAE J1832 as well as HP Tuners/SCT OEM formats ( software plugs supporting different vehicle formats will be made available and downloadable for free).     It is hardwired for fail-safe operation of braking and control. The backlit 4x25 LCD character display provides for remote data display of individual dyno runs without leaving the vehicle. It has an integrated dyno run "GO/Logging" and "STOP/Brake" LED's. It also provides positive feedback on the keypad.

    RPM iBox 2

    The DC RPM-iBOX2 picks up pulsed current in plug wires, coil-over-plug wires, as well as injector wires. The RPM iBox 2 also measures boost and has a thermocouple. MAP (BOOST) Analog Output: The DC-RPM-iBOX2 uses a NXP/ Freescale Semiconductor, MPX-5700AP integrated silicon 0-700 kPA (0-101.5 psi ) pressure sensor to measure vacuum/boost. Hence, it is capable of measuring boost up to approximately 87 psi. The unit outputs a 0-5 VDC signal between PIN 9 (MAP Signal+) and PIN 5 (Ground/Signal-) of the DB9 connector. This can be directly plugged into an analog input of the DC-Controller. The following is the transfer function to scale the voltage output vs the pressure differential: Vout = 5.0 x (0.0012858 x P + 0.04 ) Where Vout = Output DC Voltage & P = Differential Pressure in kPa Note: Transfer function temperature range 0-85?C To configure the MAP/Boost to be used with your Quantum Dynocom software please refer to the Analog Input section of the online documentation for Quantum. Thermocouple Analog Output: The DC-RPM-iBOX2 can use any K-Type thermocouple that has a polarized sub-miniature thermocouple connector. The unit outputs a 0-5VDC signal between PIN 8 (Thermocouple Signal+) and PIN 5 (Ground/Signal-) of the DB9 connector. This can be directly plugged into an analog input of the DC-Controller. The following is the voltage output vs temperature: Vout = 0V to 5VDC over range of K-Type sensor used. The following are standard Thermocouple probes that have been tested with the RPM-iBOX2: 1.
